Spinach Balls

Spinach Balls


  • 2 Cups Stuffing (You can use any, we use the Pepperage Farms because its crushed not cubes)
  • 2 Packages of Frozen Spanish (about 18 ounces)
  • 3 Eggs (You can use just the white it you want, just add an extra one)
  • 1/2 cup of Butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic (salt or powder)
Preheat oven to 350°.
Follow the instructions on spinach packet to cook your spinach. Strain and let cool.
Mix your ingredients together, roll into 2 inch balls, lay on baking sheet. 

Bake for 25-30 mins

Makes roughly 12 - 14 pieces, 4-6 servings.
